...These are the words that represent the Commando Spirit. These are the words that represent Command Fitness Trainers and the ethos we aim to instil in those who train with us.
As founders of Commando Fitness Trainers, we have 15 years of service with the Royal Marines Commandos between us.
Now we want to offer our clients a training experience second to none, using the most recent training philosophies whilst incorporating our knowledge and expertise from our time as Commandos, Britain's elite military force.
Our sessions are designed not just to improve physical fitness but to encourage the importance of team work and 'strength of mind' to achieve. These are qualities we believe to be essential in sport; to those who want to succeed in their fitness goals.
The sessions will push participants beyond their normal level of exertion, giving a new edge to their fitness. We employ a mixture of sports specific training techniques for improving speed, agility and strength, crossed with the 'back to basics' grit and guts Commando style of training for improving the team camaraderie, strength of mind and determination to win.
Having operated in some of the most dangerous and stressful environments there are, we really do know about the state of mind needed to work successfully as a team member and individual.
